Job brief: ANERA is seeking quotations from professional companies specialized in website design and development to design and develop a website for a network of around 40 guest houses in different rural areas in Lebanon. The website aims to be a marketing and management tool for the network. Therefore, the website will be an important platform serving both guest house owners and clients; The Website will be an important platform to serve clients and supply them with information relevant to their interest in the hospitality sector The website will be a platform for multiple hotels to offer their services, each hotel has his own admin panel (login) and pages It is therefore imperative that the website will be: Bespoke, attractive, well-constructed, easy to use, and intuitive and have an efficient navigation structure. be in English and Languages have a Content Management System (CMS)   About ANERA: Since 2005 ANERA is implementing a community development project to support rural hospitality businesses and food providers in rural areas in Lebanon. Through this project, ANERA is looking to improve the quality standards of these businesses and support stakeholder organizational network with members being the owners and operators of guesthouses all over Lebanon.   American Near East Refugee Aid (ANERA) advances the well-being of people in the West Bank, Gaza, Lebanon and Jordan. Be it a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or even a large smart television, and works across all platforms. ●             Search Engine (SEO) Content Strategy The design and layout of the website will be SEO friendly constructed using CSS3 and HTML5 and keeping in mind the latest web trends. Full Screen slideshow for Photo Gallery Unlimited Tour and Gallery Pages Smooth Parallax Background Effect   Technologies and Features: The features of the website includes but not limited to: Booking System: The form will be user friendly and will allow users to receive customized booking messages and emails after booking. Bookings Database: Each guest house can manage his clients booking, see all reservation details, contact them with a specific message or delete inquires. Advanced Filtering System: Allows customers to easily filter guest houses by parameter, such as price, stars, rating, date, and destination and accommodation type. Date Blocking: Software to ensure that dates booked are blocked for each hotel to avoid overbooking Availability Checker: Search results will show only available accommodations during the selected period of time. Administrator can also choose to show all accommodations regardless of their availability. Hotels Admin Section: Special admin section to allow each guest house to add as many rooms with rates and availability calendar. Contact Forms: For each guest house so users can seek support and send their inquiries. Visitor Ratings & Reviews: users will be able to rate the hotel and write reviews about it. Event Calendar: Administrator can create and manage events by adding photos, maps, external links, description and event countdown, featured and upcoming events list, and event calendar based on day, week, or month. Secure online payment options Back up: Administrator can easily Backup all data and admin settings PHP Content Management System (CMS): The back end of the website will be power packed with an administrative panel to manage the updating of data at the front as well as back end. The backend will include all features mentioned above. ●             Social Media Integration: The website will support popular social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn and more. ●             Google Maps Interactive Google Map with high quality markers containing locations, descriptions, images and links. Payment   Logistical Requirements  TESTING & TRAINING The contractor is requested to test complete site functionality, design, responsiveness and compatibility with different browsers and operating systems.
