Consortium Project Manager

1.       Project cycle Management Ensure the relevant project documents (Agreement, Budget, DIP, TORs, Governance structure) are up to date. Ensure that timely planned activities agreed on DIP is implemented, share the issues blocking the operation quickly with management Ensure staffing plan in place and liaise with respective departments to hire and sit in the interviews of the key people. Ensure a project star up workshop is conducted on the first phase of the project of increase awareness of the team. Ensure that each step of the this project is well coordinated and implemented ( Data collection, analysis , inclusion, exclusion, targeting, communication to beneficiaries , distribution, post monitoring and evaluation) 2.       Coordination External                      i.      Close and day to day coordination required with UNHCR field offices in South & Bekka                        ii.      Timely coordination with Consortium partners and Lead is required to ensure uniformity and  consistency is place.                     iii.      Coordinate the project area with the other stakeholders on field level                     iv.      Attend the regular meetings that might be asked by Consortium and Cash Transfer program working group at the field. Internal                       i.      Coordinate the project standards with Cash Technical Specialist                       ii.      Coordinate the field operation with security team                       iii.      Coordinate all data collection, PDM and others 3.       Reporting a.       Asses the project implementation and ensure to report accordingly b.      Liaise with Lead Agency and agree on the reporting requirement c.       Provide the regular reports to WVL internal team as well as Lead Agency as requested 4.       Financial controls a.       Ensure the control mechanism of cash transfer are inline with WVI’s standards as well as donor. b.      Develop cash forecast on the monthly basis. Ensure this information is shared with Lead Agency through finance accordingly c.       Monitor the project expenditure and avoid over/under spent beyond 10%
