  Minimum required knowledge & experience: Requiring professional diploma or university degree 3 - 5 years work experience in a similar field Good knowledge of written and spoken English Good computer skills Rigorous and trustful person Analytical skills Standard function description: Handles book keeping of small/medium delegation Processes financial data on computer and provides end of month closing and reports mainly independently. Takes part in cash flow management under supervision Ensures respect of financial procedures and guidelines 　Specific Activities:  Budget responsibilities Follow-up the hospital expenditures versus the validated Budget, working in liaison with and ADM/FIN TRP, enabling to have a real time Financial / expenditure status. Preparation of the SITFINS (Financial Forecasts, Analytical Forecasts, Field Financial Review) Contribution to Hospital budget elaboration process, and support to the FIN team in TRP and during the budget elaboration in Sun System if required. Time reporting Ensures completion of the time reporting of the hospital team by reminding team members to do so and/or filling in the database whenever necessary. Provides technical support on the use of TR DB to the hospital users. Answers the TR comments for Hospital. General Finance activities Coordination of AoE request to be submitted to the TRP SD. Ensures that financial rules are followed for hospital small purchases (including visa on accounting vouchers, etc.). Maintain Financial records of all transactions concerning the hospital. Answers the Manila accounting comments. Ensures the financial procedures and guidelines are applied in the hospital.
