Supportive Teacher [Part Time Position] (Stp/pc/unicef)

Intro: Terre des Hommes Italy and Naba’a-Developmental Action Without Borders are recruiting Supportive teachers to be involved in the implementation of an Education project funded by UNICEF in the Palestinian camps of Rashidieh, Al Buss and Ain el Helweh.   Main Responsibilities  To participate in training workshops and other related activities; Identify the children with learning difficulties together with UNRWA teachers; Conduct supportive classes according to the established UNRWA curricula; Design and carry out diagnostic test to evaluate the educational level and needs of project beneficiaries in coordination with the UNRWA Educational Officer and school principals; Implementing the Accelerated Learning Program to be provided to un-enrolled children beneficiaries; To participate in conducting recreational and other activities for the children beneficiaries in collaboration with Naba’a Social Workers; Participate to the monthly meetings with UNRWA Remedial Education Officer at the area level, the UNRWA teachers and social workers; Implement the activities in compliance with the work plan designed on weekly basis with the supervisor; Provide a detailed monthly report about the activities implemented; Coordinate with UNRWA teachers and UNRWA supportive teachers in the implementation of the educational plan; Collect the required data as per the project monitoring tools. Participating when necessary to the team meetings; To refer to the social worker children in need of specific follow up; Carry out other related duties as assigned by the supervisor   Requirements Education: University Degree/Unrwa's Sibline Center Degree. Experience: Minimum proved 2 years of relevant professional experience in the educational field. Language: Arabic Mother tongue.
