General Description
In the framework of a joint research project conducted by KAFA, American University of Beirut (AUB), Anti-Slavery International UK, and the International Labor Organization (ILO), AUB is recruiting Field workers/Data collectors to conduct a survey in Beirut and other areas in Lebanon. The Mixed-methods study on Lebanese employers’ attitudes and practices, and social norms, pertaining to migrant domestic workers will be done using Android built-in questionnaire.
Role and Responsibilities
Pilot the questionnaire
Administer the final questionnaire in the specified clusters of households
Report questionnaire status and obstacles to the research assistant
Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High-school degree is the minimum requirement. Currently enrolled university students are preferred.
Field worker should be ready to dedicate 5 hours per day for questionnaire administration.

Excellent computer skills Ability to work on Android-based tablets Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, willingness to listen to others and respect the opinions and ideas of colleagues
Additional Notes
One of the field workers who shows more maturity and dedication will be assigned as a team leader who will be given additional responsibilities, such as quality checks and will receive additional monetary compensation.
