Internship - Coordination Unit - Int010 (Unpaid)

Responsibility: NFI/WASH Support1. Support BA/CASH sectors and provide secretarial and administrative support to sector leads as required.o Provide support for meetings including:o Scheduling venueo Contacting relevant participantso Preparing materials to be presented and distributedo Taking minutes and publishing on Inter-Agency portal or disseminating to meeting participantso Summarizing action points to be followed up on with chair/working group lead 2. Assist with managing contacts in working groups, core groups, and task forces, especially to report decisions or activities to working group leads, field office focal points, and inter-agency coordinator/assistant coordinator 3. Review, update, and maintain contact lists of agency focal points within sector task forces and core group 4. Review, update, and maintain sector actor mapping of who (agencies) does what (activities) where (geographic coverage 5. Assist in the compilation of data from sectoral or cross-sectoral assessments as well as verifying data in ActivityInfo 6. Collaborate with Information Management to synthesize the data against indicators for program evaluation 7. Research and report on topics to support monitoring, program development, and evaluation of sector activities as assigned by task force lead, sector coordinator, assistant inter-agency coordinator, or inter-agency coordinator 8. Manage contact with partner agencies and/or field offices to collect information on sector activities and achievements to prepare weekly and monthly reports, submit sector updates to information management, media, and inter-agency coordinator as needed 9. Review, update, and maintain filed documents 10. Perform other duties as requested.

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- University Degree, preferably in political sciences or international relations;
- Applicants must have an excellent knowledge of English with advanced written and verbal skills. Knowledge of Arabic and/or French is an asset
