Cp Driver - Arsal

JOB DESCRIPTION Job Overview/Summary: the driver is expected to represent the International Rescue Committee (IRC) Lebanon in a respectful and professional manner and according to humanitarian principles. The driver will report to the Supply Chain Manager. -          To transport authorized passengers on their official duties, as well transport cargo safely and as instructed. This includes collecting materials from project and suppliers. -          To adhere to IRC policies and procedures, including but not limited to: -          Understand and obey all traffic laws and regulations. -          Accurately keep the vehicle log sheets. -          Performance of daily vehicle inspections according to IRC standards. -          Applying the standard regulations and procedures in case of accident. -          Assist the Supply Chain and Administration departments in procurement, inventory & asset management and maintenance of IRC premises as and when needed and in adherence to the relevant policies. -          Ability and willingness to undertake frequent trips to and from the Field offices, including overnight stays if required. -          Commitment to working to serve humanitarian needs in line the values of integrity, service and accountability   Certificates or Licenses: Possessing a valid driving license at all times. Public driving license is a plus
