Accountability (key results that will be achieved) MOIM is provided with information analysis and dissemination capabilities. The Security Cell communication system is improved and modernized to better collect and analyse the reporting on security and human rights concerns from municipalities throughout Lebanon and link this with data and information to the response at central level of government, and at international humanitarian response level. The Central Security Cell and the District Seciurity Cells communicate efficiently. MOIM receives timely information from the security cells at central and district level. MOIM capacity to develop data collection tools, process and analyse information is improved. Responsibility (process and functions undertaken to achieve results) Ensuring that technical equipment donated to the MoIM for this project (computers and printers) is installed and functioning both at central and distric level. Ensuring that Security Cell personnel is trained on basic computer skills and able to use the equipment to collect data and efficiently cummunicate and share information, including usage of the Syria Refugee Response Data Portal and related tools. Support the promotion of data and information sharing within the humanitarian community as well as the adoption of global data standards, and where appropriate, the establishment of country-specific common data standards. Identify and obtain the needed data and information elements required to produce standardized information products and design and manage respective data/information collection plans. Support the MoIM in the analysis of processed data and information and perform data quality and consistency control. Perform other duties as required.
