Human Resources And Administration Officer / Head Of Department

Responsibilities: organizational departmental planning; employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees; employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training; company employee and community communication; compensation and benefits administration; provides supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, mailroom, and kitchen; maintining policies, procedures, and work schedules. Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.
