• Assist the protection unit in overall work and specifically;• Translate substantive documents from Arabic to English and vice versa when needed• Assist in preparing for the PWG (protection working group) as well as other sub working groups (eviction-legal),making sure that presentation and needed documents and agendas are ready and shared.• Take minutes of the PWG and share them as needed.• Assist in collecting lists of refugees shared by colleagues and partners for the targeted assistance and the cashassistance.• Cross check the lists against the TA master list, with the support of the data management staff, clean the list andsubmit to the PO for further processing.• Maintain a good database for the lists of cases eligible for the targeted assistance, cash assistance and othervulnerabilities• Make the necessary arrangements and facilitate logistics for the MFT with WFP.• Keep good records and updates of the cases processed under the TA.• Attend events organized by the protection unit when needed.• Provide situation analysis and impact on the situation of the refugees in ML area as needed• Sign and abide by the code of conduct all times.
