Responsibilities: systems development (using Microsoft visual studio and SQL server), training and implementation (the implementation require onsite visits to the primary health care centers and Qada offices); perform other duties as required. The developer must have 3+ years’ experience with:   Visual Basic .NET, including the use of program “classes” and creation of DLL’s SQL Server databases, SQL, ADO.NET SourceSafe, Crystal Reports ASP.NET MVC4 Jquery Javascipt   Qualifications requirements: Education Requirements: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent. Skills/Qualifications: General Programming Skills, Analyzing Information, Problem Solving, Software Algorithm Design, Software Performance Tuning, Attention to Detail, Software Design, Software Debugging, Software Development Fundamentals, Software Documentation, Software Testing, team work, capacity to work in a fast paced working environment with “custom-service” orientation. -Experience                       : at least 4 years’ experience  -Competencies                  : Excellent coordination and analytical skills. -Languages                        : Excellent knowledge of English and Arabic. - Holder of Lebanese nationality
