Premises Assistant

  Responsibilities and Tasks :   Checks cleaning in all premises on a daily basis Prepares rooms / flats for visitors / new expatriates arrival Ensures preventive maintenance and repairs of premises, equipment and infrastructure (Fire extinguishers, Gas bottles, admin stock, keys…) Participates in the search of new premises for ICRC if needed Prepares the daily premises invoices (concierge, generator, electricity, water, daily workers, maintenance, etc) Ensures that inventory of the flats and offices are done and updated regularly Follow up on equipment maintenance (photocopy, stores, …) Furnishing new premises Follows up on the signature of the housing policy and standard equipment list by mobile staff. Makes sure that expatriates files related to housing policy are updated, signed and filed in the corresponding file. Follows up on internal requests related to premises (maintenance, offices, new items,…)   Minimum required knowledge & experience :  High school or professional diploma 2 - 3 years work experience in similar function Good knowledge of spoken English Good computer skills
