For more information, check out ANERA’s website: www.anera.org     Responsibilities   The secretary will be responsible for carrying out the following:   Assist all staff members in performing and accomplishing the clerical and paper work through everyday operations including: Arranging and confirming appointments Receiving, directing and relaying phone calls and fax messages Maintaining filing systems Assisting in the preparation of meetings and trainings Directing the beneficiaries to the appropriate staff member Receiving and screening visitors Maintaining office supplies inventory Determining needs of office supplies, equipment, repair and maintenance services Performing other tasks as required by the by Finance and Administration Manager and  the Country Director Scanning of documents and sending faxes Assist in maintaining staff daily attendance and timesheets   Qualifications and position requirements   Education: Graduate from a reputable university in the field of Business Administration, Business Management, or any other related field.   Computer Skills: MS Office applications and other computer hardwares.   Personal skills: Great interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, ability to think creatively, strong written and oral communication skills, positive, ethical attitude.   Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is required.   Work Experience: At least two years in same field   Assessment Method Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by the Program and Admin Officer directly for further consideration.
