Trainer

  Youth workers constitute a professional category characterised by its heterogeneity, and especially young youth workers are facing the challenges of responding to demands of young people in very different changing contexts. Among others, creating more labour opportunities is one of the objectives of the renewed cooperation in the youth field. Reaching it need «appropriate training for youth workers. Facing youth unemployment require the development of employability through learning and labour mobility opportunities (Youth in the Move Strategy). Youth workers need experiencing mobility to enhance their capacity to promote and support mobility experiences of their unemployed young target groups. They also need to in-service training on strategic project management and need analyses to better respond to the needs of the territories in which they work. Mobility experiences are therefore essential for the development of all this knowledge, capacities, skills and competences of young youth workers. In order to reach this targert, Planning and Development Agency-PDA is looking for a full-time trainer to offer a comprehensive training opportunity in project cycle management to youth from many countries.  . Key activities are training on: 1) need analysis and project cycle management; 2) funding opportunities at Euro-Mediterranean level and new ENPI Programme;  3) how facing job interviews, etc.;   Education and Experience: * Management degree with 3-5 years experiences.  * Fluent in English, written and oral.  REQUIRED PERSONAL SKILLS: * Proactive and self-motivated approach to work * Good communication skills * Patience * Flexibility   The work will take place in Hermel.
