Social Worker

The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is recruiting a social worker for its Centre Nassim for the rehabilitation of victims of torture. Centre Nassim is a multidisciplinary center where medical, psychological, social and legal services are offered to victims of torture in a totally confidential manner. Job responsibilities: Under the direct responsibility of the director, the social worker is required to handle the following tasks:   - Screening of new beneficiaries - Coordination of intake procedures and treatment plans - Assisting the beneficiaries to find a job - Handling of the files and agenda with the assistant - Coordination with other local and international organizations - External contacts with social and health structures - Animation of the team meetings - Writing of reports on the team meetings - Assist the director in reporting to donors - Any other task required by the organization   Other Requirements:   - Fluent in Arabic and English or French - Voluntary and team spirit - Extremely patient and diplomat - Capable to keep information strictly confidential
