Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager is expected to have a good overall knowledge of the project activities. The position involves flexibility and initiative to solve problems in a cost-effective and efficient way. As a member of ACF-L staff the Warehouse Manager is expected to respect all working rules and regulations as set out in the ACF-Lebanon internal regulation. Specific Duties and Responsabilites : Objective 1: Assist in Manage the base’s logistics: Assist in chain of supplies: Receive Materials in the ware house Receive the SRO from the requester Regular update the SFU and shared with the team on weekly basis Ensure the Stock documents properly archived.(SRO, DN,SC)  Coordinate with Logistic Assistant the Stock Follow up. Archive the Stock documents with respect to Kitlogv3.2 Coordinate delivery to the departments, bases and programmes with the requesters and Logistic Assistant. Proccedure Objective 2: Assist in Manage  the transportation of delivery Ensure the material delivery schedule time is respected Contact the pickup driver Ensure the requested delivery plan is followed up properly. Objective 3: Reports Send SFU  to the Logistic Assistant & Base Log Send Stock report to Logistic Assistant & Base Log. Send the MFU. to the Logistic Assistant & Base Log. Other tasks: Any other work duties assigned by the Base Logistician. Renovation and maintenance of the warehouse in good and clean conditions Knowledge and Skills required: 3rd Year Technical High in Electronic. One  year officer in water production company . Good organizer Diplomacy Team spirit Good communication and negotiation skills  Planning and coordination ability  Goods in Arabic and English (spoken & written) - Flexibility Computer Skills
