1. Assist in daily activiies and administrative work in the office
2. Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparartion of reports, analyzing data, and Identifying solutions.
3. Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
4. Provides information by answering questions and requests.
5. Collect and review staff monthly time sheet and track employee annual leave and sick leave.
6. Prepare daily staff attendendance sheet, log sheet and vehicle fuel cupons.
7. Supervising general administrative of the office.
8. Purchase stationary and other items as per instructions.
9. Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
10. Ensure proper book-keeping of inventory.
11. Other duties as assigned.
