SCOPE OF WORK: The Clinical Care for Sexual Assault Survivor (CCSAS) Officer will support the Women’s Protection and Empowerment (WPE) program to implement a capacity building program focusing on enhancing skills and knowledge of health service providers to care for sexual assault survivors in the Mt Lebanon region. In addition, the CCSAS Officer will provide administrative and operational support to the broader WPE program by acting as a liaison between field teams and the support departments in the Beirut HQ office
Who this position reports to: WPE Coordinator
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in assessment of health facilities to be included in the training, in close collaboration with UNHCR and UNICEF
Act as liaison and focal point for all communications with health facilities before and after the training
Assist with the adaptation and translation of training materials
Follow up the implementation of Clinic Action Plans with each health facility
Coordinate all logistical arrangements for the training sessions and review workshops
Coordinate and participate in follow up visits within the health facilities
Manage the Clinic Action Plan funds to respond to identified needs within the health facilities, including raising purchase requests and organizing handover to health facilities
Document all activities and draft reports on activities, challenges and achievements
Support CCSAS Training Consultant, WPE Coordinator and other WPE staff with administrative tasks, including preparing purchase and payment requests, requesting and liquidating cash advances, taking minutes and translating documents
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:
Understanding of issues related to gender and gender based violence, including consequences of sexual violence for women and girls
Experience in drafting reports and documenting activities
Relevant experience maintaining communication with various stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in the administrative field and/or with NGOs preferred
Strong ability to work independently, organize work, meet deadlines, maintain composure, prioritize work under pressure, coordinate multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
WORK ENVIRNOMENT:
Travel and other requirements: Staff will be based in the Beirut, with regular travel required within the Mount Lebanon region
