Communication And Coordination Manager

Responsibilities include: Managing communication and coordination with the program partners to enhance the outreach of program through stakeholders and USAID implementers Managing coordination with event venues and Media outlets including daily newspapers and magazine journals, and as well with photographers and reporters Managing all logistics and aspects of Program events and training workshops Providing total reporting on the training events and coordinate with consultants in order to provide proper and adequate reporting on all program events Providing quarterly updates on training performance numbers Developing Success stories and profiles of program beneficiaries Developing Press Releases and coordinating with Media to ensure publishing the press media Developing and providing content for the program’s Website, updating the Web content on daily/weekly basis as needed Collaborate with experts and content providers in updating the Website with fresh content
