Establish and maintain relationships across humanitarian responders and their counterparts across Akkar district.
Identify local program communication sources, gaps, and needs in conjunction with humanitarian responders and their counterparts
Coordinate and liaise closely with relevant staff, including the Volunteer Outreach Coordinator and the Community Journalist Trainer and Producer, to ensure community journalist activities respond to and integrate with overall program needs.
Ensure compliance with Monitoring and Evaluation plan to capture lessons and apply them to future expansion
Contribute to strategy for further program development.

Awareness of vulnerability and protection definitions and principles
Awareness of standard humanitarian outreach and communication practices

Ability to develop and maintain relationships across a wide range of humanitarian responders, international, national, and local
