Coordinator  Vocational training and protected workshops implementation Saïda/Beyrouth, Lebanon     MISSION   The coordinator will be in charge of:   The adaptation and implementation of five Vocational Training (VT) programs which will facilitate the access of people with special needs (mental or physical disabilities as well as learning disabilities) to fields of specialization that are currently out of their reach. The creation or adaptation of three protected workshops. Those workshops mainly aim to provide on-the-job training opportunities for particularly vulnerable unemployed young people. Depending on their needs, it can also provide a safe working place where some can find long-term employment. Coordinate soft skills sessions to complement the technical skills acquired through vocational training and strengthen participating youth’s possibilities to enter the labour market. Animate the non-formal network sessions meetings and facilitate the completion of outputs (draft law, etc)     His/her main tasks will consist in:   - Implementing the adaptation of the VT/workshops taking into consideration the needs of the various beneficiaries. For the workshop: s/he will have to coordinate the assessment of the material needs, in terms of equipment, adapted venues and equipment, and organize expertise transfer   - Collaborating with the teachers in all the adaptation process and coordinating their training so they can acquire the teaching skills necessary to carry out the sessions   - Carrying out the creation of manuals for all trainings and their various adaptations so they can be available in resource centers   - Coordinating the follow-up of the implementation of the VT/workshop and the final evaluation of skills acquired by the trainers.   Most of the phases of these activities (adaptation, training of trainers, implementation and follow-up) will be executed through the collaboration of the partners mentioned above and the support of external expertise.   PROFILE   Experience in NGOs, preferably in fields related to education / handicap University degree in project management, humanitarian work or related subjects. French, English, Arabic. Good sense of organization and autonomy.   CONDITIONS   Status: Local contract Dates: maximum application date June 30th, 2015. Starting date ASAP. Contract duration 6 months renewable. Location: Saïda / Beirut Under the supervision of: Head of Project based in Saïda Package: monthly salary  (including legal transportation) + CNSS + private insurance + reimbursement of phone expenses up to 50 dollars/month. A car is provided to carry out project activities, to be shared with the team depending on the needs.
