-Scope of responsibility:
Carry out all activities related to study data entry into the study database
-Function responsibilities include:
§ Enter study data in the study database on daily basis.
§ Participates in compilation of daily data entry tasks (completion of daily survey data input)
§ Participates in the search of missing data
§ Participates in data quality checks with Data Entry Supervisor daily
