Program Support Officer-Hi Emergency Division

Under close supervision of the OP Co, you will be in charge of:   HUMANITARIAN INTELLIGENCE Issuing of a weekly media headlines selection related to the Syrian crisis (arab media, translation when relevant); Follow up and gathering of information related to humanitarian response (relevant reports published, new actors, gaps identified, etc); Mapping of humanitarian actors (4W); Mapping of other stakeholders related to the crisis; Active participation to the weekly humanitarian context briefing (coordination meeting).   PARTICIPATION TO THE Representation of the association Under the supervision of the OP Co, participation in external coordination meetings ; Attendance to other meeting upon request from the OP Co; Issuing minutes of meetings, recommendations and action points for the organization; Suggest any relevant inputs related to HI mandate and operational advocacy/lobbying.    PROJECTS MONITORING AND SUPPORT Follow closely the progress of projects indicators in support to the OP Co general follow up; Data management and compilation related to project activities, databases and beneficiaries breadkdowns in close link with projects managers; Support to project managers and technical advisors through the liaison with external stakeholders participating to the good implementation of the activities (ie. Bank for cash transfer programs).   REPORTING AND CAPITALIZATION Writing of minutes of internal and external meetings; Writing of qualitative and quantitative reports for internal and external use upon request; Capitalization and classification of projects tools and reports Support the OP Co in the monthly situation report (SITREP) redaction through data compilation and provision of humanitarian context and project data.
