Hr Assistant

   Project: Emergency Response Division – Syrian Crisis   GLOBAL OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION Under the line management of Administration Manager North, the HR Assistant is responsible for ensuring the processes of Human Resources; rules and deadlines are well respected & maintained according to Handicap international standards. According to the position, the HR Assistant must keep all the data confidential, and share it only with the accurate persons.   HIERARCHICAL RELATIONSHIPS Line manager: Administration Manager North.Line manager+1: Field Coordinator North.     RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS DESCRIPTION   1. Salaries Payment for National Staff: Distribute the Attendance Sheet to be filled by each Line-Managers & Head of Departments. Ensure it implementation andcollect it at the end of the month; follow  the leave requests and ensure they are validated by the right persons, update the leaves follow-up file accordingly Distribution of Pay Slip for all National Staff.  2.  Recruitment: Advert the Vacancy Announcement Online. If requested, send short-listed CVs to the head of the recruiting department. Preparation of Test / Interview Schedule for the applicants during the Recruitment Process. Can be asked to lead interviews with the recruiting department [m1]  Send the job offer to the selected applicant and send negative answers to the others candidates   Prepare  the new Staff Contracts in close liaison with  the Admin Manager. Update the Flow Chart North Base. Provide the New Staff with the Required Documents (Dossier) and open and update his/her HR file. Assist the Admin manager with the preparation of NSSF and MOF employees forms.    3.    Staff Follow-up: Follow up with Logistic the preparation of HI Cards for National Staff. Follow up end of the Probationary Period for National Staff. Update Leaves Follow up according to National Staff Requests. Follow up of the Medical Reimbursement for National Staff Fidelity Cards ‘s reception and distribution    5. Others: Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records. Ensure adequate filling of the documents. Photocopying & Scanning of All Premises / Framework/ Service Contract before sending to Coordination       Note that this job description must remain flexible, to respond to additional tasks or changes as identified by the line manager.   TIME SCHEDULE   Monday till Saturday from 8:00 A.M till 1:00 P.M friday from 8:00 A.M till 12:00 P.M The working Schedule could be changed according to the Line-Manager Needs.
