Trainers Experts

I.    Background:   The NGO “Women in Front” (WIF) through their project entitled “Women in Municipalities” aims to identify 180 Women Leaders and to build the capacity of 60 of them in different regions to enable them to hold their municipalities accountable for the development of their community. WIF will also promote the visibility of this marginalized group, through a 1 year project that provides them with the tools needed for monitoring and evaluating the work of their municipalities and helps them to hold these municipalities accountable through M&Es workshops. II.   Trainers objective:   WIF is commissioning 4 trainers to do the following: Offering programmatic and technical capacity building to complement WIF organized capacity building program with the following but not limited topics: The mechanism and hierarchy of Municipalities How to Assess the work of the municipality councils Municipal Project proposal writing Municipal Budget proposal writing Art of Speech & personal branding/ Public Speaking How to campaign   Delivering training sessions covering the above topics Provide WIF with the training materials to be delivered for reference.  III.  Work with the Women participants beneficiaries through: Conducting baseline survey of effectiveness for the women participants  Incorporate results into programmatic and institutional capacity building Conduct a final survey to measure the degree of impact “Women in Front” will provide support for the trainers by providing all information to complete the assignment as well as the training rooms and facilities if needed.   IV.Timeline: The training in each region (Beirut, Mount Lebanon1, Mount Lebanon2, North, Bekaa and South) will last for 4 days and each training day will be formed of 1 session from 9:00 to 2:00 PM in another word, every trainer will have to fill 1 session in each region (6 regions) Date: Final dates to be determined later  V.  Terms:  This request for bids is open to companies and individuals who can demonstrate relevant experience and who can complete the training and coaching sessions.   Respondents should send a letter of interest along with their portfolio or CVs (brief about the firm, the expertise of the trainer, previous experience) to: info@womeninfront.org        ** The deadline for receipt is January 3rd, 2014
