  Responsibility   1. Maintain track on log books, vehicle service logs, and any other documentation related to vehicles and missions. 2. Draw weekly vehicle/driver movements to ensure all missions are conducted accordingly and record any update on the board meant to this end. Liaise with sections to provide their inputs on weekly mission requirements and proceed with appropriate vehicle booking. 3. Organize and maintain leave schedule for drivers, overtime records, and annual evaluations, to be shared with HR & Finance Unit on regular and timely basis. 4. Fill out accident reports whenever required, keep track on vehicle fuelling system make sure vehicles are maintained in a timely manner. 5. Organize shuttle for staff, Pick up and drop off. Maintain shift system, for timely pick up and drop off of staff members (National & International). Provide updated data on shuttle/vehicle use and communicate it to Finance to ensure monthly reimbursement. 6. Ensure UNHCR mail and pouch services between Zahle sites, and from /to Beirut is done and liaise with concerned parties to confirm reception. 7. Any other duties as requested by supervisor
