DIMENSIONS:Delegated authority to supervise junior staff and/or volunteers and delegated tasks/activities;Tasks assigned vary and include a combination of routine work and some complex matters to be handled individually or together with the team;Work pattern is a mixture of reactive and project work;Required to make sound judgments and regularly follow-up on agreed processes using a good understanding of the team and the facilities of the team;Communication is largely with internal staff, (including internationally) also with some external contacts and target audiences to support operational work;Analysis and communication of some complex information at a simple level is required to a wide audience to promote and influence project outreach and implementation.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:● Contribute to the project implementation in line with the agreed action plan with partners, and ensure timely responses to partners’ queries● Facilitate the implementation of Oxfam implemented activities through coordination with partners in Lebanon- 1 - Nov 2013JOB PROFILEand Jordan.● Support the project manager with the development of various TORs and support with recruitment of consultants and ensure the qualifications match the scope of the work/assignment;● Consolidate partner reports on Oxfam implemented activities and enhance learning;● Facilitate learning and linkages among partners;● Assist in the preparation of partners' contracts, and amendments when deemed necessary;● Contribute to the periodic monitoring of the project as well as the learning reviews and ensure proper documentation;● Capture learning and document the work of successful stories, to ensure that the project inputs are producing positive results in the lives of women● Participate in the meetings with the project stakeholders as requested by the project manager;● Conduct administrative and coordination activities to support the organization of national and regional events, including training, workshops and conferences ;● Prepare payment & procurement requests, floats as needed ;● Upload all relevant documents in OPAL and Crimson (Oxfam software after being inducted/ trained)● Support PM with the budget reviews as required;● Provide efficient administrative support e.g. filing, typing and logistics to the Project Manager● Assist in other tasks as requested by the Project Manager and as deemed necessary
