Coordinator assistant
The Coordinator assistant will mainly provide support to the executive coordinator by following up on Mada’s communication tools production, project’s monitoring as well as on funding opportunities.
He/she will also be conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
Duration: 12 months

Mission 1: follow up on Mada’s communication tools
Follow up on Mada's brochure elaboration in close cooperation with the graphic designer
Follow up on the website restructurarion in close coopertion with the webdesigner & webmaster
Prepare a power point presentation on Mada
Mission 2: follow up on project monitoring
Draft project’s reports
Participate in projects implementation in coordination with project management team (preparation of action plans and continuous updating thereof, foreseeing necessary modifications and related communication with funding agencies)
Produce, in coordination with the project management team, progress, interim and final activity reports to funding agencies
Support project management team in monitoring and evaluation
Represent the organization in external meetings
Punctual Field visits to running projects
Mission 3: follow up on funding opportunities
Participation in brainstorming meetings on projects
Update and upgrade donor’s data base
Project descriptions and actions according to the required formats by different funding agencies
OTHER

Education and knowledge’s required
At least 3 year project management experience, preferably in the civil society/ development field.
Internet and computer literate
Fluent in Arabic and excellent writing skillsEnglish, French an advantage.
