Rehabilitation Supervisor (Partners)

Monitoring of Rehabilitation Field Data Ensure that the monitoring documents (beneficiaries’ database, PT follow-up sheet) are received on time and are presented in the correct forms. Ensure the written translation from Arabic to English of all the documents (beneficiaries’ data base, PT follow up sheet) sent by the physiotherapist supervisors Extract specific data (upon Rehabilitation Technical Advisor demand) through the documents sent weekly by each physiotherapist supervisor, compile and  send to the Rehabilitation Technical Advisor Provide analysis of this data to the Rehabilitation Technical Advisor Provision of technical support Carry out weekly case discussions with the local PT supervisor for all rehabilitation issues faced by the physiotherapists’ team. Provide on-time feedback & support to the rehabilitation issues faced on the field (or if not possible refer it to the Rehabilitation Technical Advisor) Analyze all individual assessment forms sent by the local PT supervisor and feedback to the physiotherapist supervisor if necessary Monitor the respect of HI rehabilitation guidelines through the study of individual assessment form Monitoring of the quality of rehabilitation activities Ensure weekly discussions and obtain information about any issue faced by the team in the implementation of the activities (linked to equipment, facilities, context…) Report on these issues to the Rehabilitation Technical Advisor and suggest potential improvements   Reporting and liaison Perform weekly meetings (as a minimum) Draft minutes of each meeting and send to Rehabilitation Technical Advisor Report of some case studies discussed with the PT Collect information linked to health facilities and services from each physiotherapist supervisor
