Tearfund Communications Officer - Middle East

This Job Vacancy is posted on behalf of TEARFUND. Tearfund is recruiting an experienced Communications Officer to help communicate Tearfund’s response to the Syria Crisis to all its audiences, particularly those in the UK. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with substantial proven ability of successfully working in journalism, PR and/or press office and an excellent news and feature-writing ability, including writing for the web.  Ability to speak both English and Arabic is essential. This post is full-time and fixed-term until March 2015, based in Lebanon or Jordan with frequent travel within the region, including to Syria when security allows. Due to visa restrictions applicants must have right to live and work in Lebanon or Jordan.
