Field Officer

•    Manage logistics processes to procure, store and distribute stock, supplies and services for the timely delivery of project objectives; •    Oversee and support TDH-It field staff in the planning and provision of the project activities;•    To ensure monitoring of project implementation in accordance with the Logical Framework;•    To ensure data collection and sources of verification;•    To ensure the registration of the willing beneficiaries’ families as refugees using UNHCR templates;•    To program regular visits to the activities to assess partner performance and  to ensure the quality of the project supporting in the process of monitoring and evaluation;•    To organize and carry on needs and vulnerability assessments;•    To be the focal person for the field team and the partner schools concerning security, procurement and logistic issues;•    Timely identify, inform and discuss any issues with the Project Manager;•    To work closely and effectively with TDH-It Lebanon staff;•    Represent TDH-It in field base multi agency and overall interagency cluster where appropriate;•    Liaise  and coordinate with national-international stakeholders NGOs, local communities and municipalities;•    Ensure a strict adherence to TDH-It Child Protection Policy at all times, including respect for confidentiality and child centered approach.
