Responsibilities
I. Project implementation oversight
Under the guidance of the Programme Manager, ensure the timely completion of all project targets and activities.
Develop detailed work-plans and project implementation tools to track project progress.
Liaise with support departments to ensure the good coordination between all involved in achieving project outputs (HR, logistics, etc).
Conduct detailed financial and administrative planning and budget follow up as required
Monitor the quality of programme outputs to ensure objectives and outcomes are achieved, and make recommendations for improving programme quality.
II. Data Management / reporting
Oversee the efficient and accurate management of field data
Monitor field data collection to ensure quality input
Maintain good quality useful surveys and questionaires
Monitor data entry in office
Integration of data files for timely and quality reporting
III. Human Resources Management
Efficiently manage field teams to ensure maximum quality output
Identify training needs and provide necessary support to field teams and teachers/facilitators
Ensure that needed documents and materials are available for the following day’s work
Manage conflict within the team in a clear, professional manner
Frequent, transparent communication regarding staff with Program Manager and coordination
