Warehouse Supervisor

Position Summary:   The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing all supplies and items dispatched and received in IRL Country Office, including medications, medical supplies, nutrition food and supplies, and any other warehouse items related to IRL’s program in Lebanon. The manager will also be required to compile waybills, prepare reports, maintain up to date records using IRL Stock Card System, and ensure proper storage handling with best practices. Main Duties and Responsibilities   Collect and store all donations received by IRL Lebanon program from international and local donors Allocate space for all incoming supplies and document their arrival Provide and follow all security and fire regulations in the warehouse territory Follow schedule and inventory procedures as articulated by the Logistic officer / Program Managers. Immediately inform the Logistic Officer if there is any need to leave the warehouse or any attempt to steal items from the warehouse and take all necessary measures to prevent it. Ensure proper information receipt is done   Maintain proper stacking system for commodity receipt Regularly update inventory ledger and stock cards on receipt information Review inventory and reception/distribution of supplies on weekly basis with the Program Managers. Ensure all differences and underweight commodities are well documented and reported File copies of waybills for receipt and dispatch Open the warehouse for ventilation every day Ensure cleanliness of the warehouse and the surrounding area Immediate report on any discrepancies or theft noticed on any items Register daily warehouse data on commodity status  Prepare monthly commodity reports to track all donations received by IRL Lebanon Country office following IRW standard Commodity Report Form Prepare loss and adjustment reports Any other duties as directed by the Logistic Officer / Program Managers.   Employee is required to spend 90% of his time at warehouse, and expected to be sent to the field when required   QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS   Bachelor degree in Business Adminstration Proven experience in warehouse management field Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to be proactive and take initiative when needed Good reporting skills Excellent computer skills in Excel Excellent English writing and speaking skills
