Teacher- Broumana

  Main Responsibilities1.      Teaching for a small or a large group;2.      To discuss with the School any problematic areas (focus will be on training program and implementation plan);3.      Prepare training materials, i.e. development of training materials and training programs;4.      Implement and evaluate the course and award certificates to participants5.      Skilled at providing a general education, Case study  and Teaching methods based on the problems to be solved;6.      Expert in the art and science of teaching including the use of modern technologies relevant to teaching;7.      accomplished in the on-going evaluation of the achievements of their students including assessing and reporting learning outcomes;8.      Able to manage classroom and other teaching settings in effective ways committed to their students and their holistic development;9.      Aware of and able to behave in an ethical and professional way in all aspects of teaching;10.  Advice on issues and strategies for improving the quality of teachers at all stages of their careers, taking into account;11.  Possible changes in the nature of teaching and the complex set of skills required to be an effective teacher;12.  Alternative entry schemes available in Lebanon and overseas;13.  Delivery of specialized courses with emphasis on an Accelerated learning program for special educational cases;14.  the relevance, effectiveness and efficiency of approaches to the practicum (practical teaching experience), and its relation to school  settings;15.  the relevance, quality and availability of post initial and continuing education programs for teachers and strategies to encourage the education program required;   Qualifications and Experience : University degree At least 3-5 years of experience in teaching; Knowledge of  integration and Acquis Communitaire terminology; Experience in working with high-level officials and training of government officials; have been officially trained on pedagogical skills Superior communication and inter-personal skills.
