Main responsibilities:
Participate actively in the mobile response team in strengthening the surveillance system of 3 PHC Centres
Assist to any emergency epidemic outbreak response identified by the MRU
Assist in detecting and reducing risk factors associated with epidemic outbreak in the communities/informal settlements
Main Activities:
Help PHC staff in establishing agreed upon surveillance system
Help doctor and nurse of MRU in collecting data
Participate in analysis meetings
Help organising and implementing emergency outbreak response (Organise needed material with nurse, load car and set up Quarantine in case needed)
Provide ORS or other basic interventions under the supervision of the nurse/doctor
Provide health education as follow up or preventive measure where necessary and identified
Keep contact to the local population and help doctor and nurse in identifying risk situations, especially on social aspects

To be able to work as part of a team and participate in all activities of the mobile clinic
Believe in concepts of equity, human rights, neutrality and impartiality and act accordingly
Requested Competence:
At least high school degree
Higher education in any kind of social/medical science or/and public health an asset
Fluent in Arabic language
Good common sense and a view for the “global picture”
Strong in Communication and Cooperation
