1. Identify persons of concern and organize their entry into UNHCR premises;
2. Identify and fast-track persons with protection and other specific needs;
3. Coordinate with security team on the management of orderly entry into the building, and reporting security incidents where applicable;
4. Counsel refugees and asylum-seekers, providing them with information at reception and in waiting areas, including assistance with completion of application forms;
5. Assist with creating, organizing, maintaining physical files, including photocopying of documentation prior to registration interviews;
6. Ensure timely and efficient circulation of physical files and other correspondence between reception/registration unit and other functional units;
7. Schedule appointments for persons of concern, through the hotline or in person
8. Any other duty as may be required.
