Objectives:
Lead INJAZ Lebanon with innovation and quality by promoting its vision and mission and sustaining its continuous success
Manage, coordinate and evaluate the progress of INJAZ Lebanon on five levels: Program Implementation, Fundraising, Image Development, Operations, and Public Relations (Advisory Board Development)
Enhance volunteering and interpersonal relations between collaborators, Executive Board and Advisory Board Members
Roles and Responsibilities:
Fundraising
Develop membership of Board of Directors and ensure their continuous commitment through activities, tools and incentives
Lead and implement fundraising strategies to ensure financial sustainability for the organization
Prospect, engage, partner and follow up with new host companies through meetings, presentations, and proposal development
Program implementation
Study local needs, develop, pilot and adjust locally developed programs
Supervise the development, adaptation, translation, printing and piloting of programs kits
Ensure quality and efficient implementation
Implement strategies as outlined in the annual strategic plan to ensure that all those associated with programs delivery are met
Elaborate and monitor evaluation systems and results with all stakeholders and supervise the yearly impact report.
Operational / Strategic
Prepare a yearly plan for organizational development and implementation
Lead the development and implement organizational strategic goals and objectives
Develop technical and human systems and procedures to enhance quality and sustainability
Work positively and collaboratively, and attend meetings and coordinate with all partners
Image development
Strengthen the partnership of INJAZ Lebanon with the Ministry of Education through close coordination
Represent INJAZ Lebanon vis à vis all stakeholders including INJAZ ARABIA & JAWW.
Lead the development and implement a complete communication strategy
General mindset
Inspire all INJAZ Lebanon partners to anchor their commitment of time, finance and energy towards the organization
Model the quality of relationships within the organization and empower the team to reflect it with external partners and stakeholders
Coordinate, support and follow up with the Executive Committee, on a monthly basis, to maintain volunteer stamina, by providing the suitable environment and conditions for them to work within committees: Fundraising, Image Development, Program Management / Volunteer Recruitment, Advisory Board Development
Ensure high efficiency of performance by offering empowerment opportunities for collaborators
Take initiative and support all other functions in the organization
Required Skills and Experience:
Hold a Masters degree in Business, Business Administration, Public Relations, Human Resources, or human Sciences Have a minimum 6 years of experience in Management and Public Relations, or in leading a people related commission.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in public speaking Ability to work with a team as a team leader Outgoing and proactive Strong organizational and planning skills Dynamic and motivated Strong computer skills
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS Full proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential, fair level of French is required
