جمعية النجدة الإجتماعية، برنامج العنف ضد المرأة، مشروع كافود  تعلن جمعية النجدة الاجتماعية عن حاجتها لباحث\ة استشاري\ة في قضايا العنف والتمييز على أساس النوع الاجتماعي.  بدأت جمعية النجدة الاجتماعية منذ العام 1999 مجموعة من الأنشطة المتعلقة بالعنف ضد المرأة والتي بلغت ذروتها في استراتيجية ثلاثية الأبعاد تنطوي على الرصد، التدخل والمناصرة. في هذا السياق  كانت الدراسة التي تمت عام 2012 عبر شق احصائي اشتمل على عينة من أسر مستفيدين \ات الجمعية لعام 2011 في كل من صيدا والشمال، اضافة الى مجموعات نقاش عبر مشروع يهدف الى زيادة المساواة بين الجنسين وتمكين المرأة في المجتمع الفلسطيني في لبنان، بالتعاون مع كافود، وبتمويل من الإتحاد الأوروبي وقد هدفت الدراسة الى دعم تدخل الجمعية  في مجال العنف الأسري عبر توليد معلومات احصائية ونوعية تتعلق بالفئة المستهدفة يمكن أن تستخدم للتنفيذ البرامجي. الجمعية بصدد اجراء دراسة لمقارنة نتائج الدراسة القاعدية بالواقع الحالي بعد عملية التدخل التي جرت عبر برامج الجمعية المتعلقة بالتوعية وتقديم خدمات مراكز الاستماع. أهداف البحث: اجراء مقارنة للمعلومات التي نتجت عن الدراسة الأولى كمعلومات قاعدية بالوضع الحالي لعينة الدراسة لقياس أثر برامج التدخل التي قامت بها الجمعية من توعية وتقديم خدمات مراكز الاستماع. مهمات الباحث\ة: تقديم خطة عمل تفصيلية للبحث. إجراء تعديلات على إستمارات البحث النوعي والكمي لقياس أثر التدخل. إجراء تعديلات على تصميم برنامج قاعدة البيانات لتتماشى مع الإستمارة التي سيتم تطويرها.  تدريب المستعلمين\ات على استخدام الاستمارات واجراء المقابلات والتوثيق للمقابلات النوعية. الإشراف العام على عمليات تدقيق الإستمارات الإحصائية بتدرجاتها والتدقيق النهائي في الاستمارات. الاشراف العام على عمل المنسقين\ات الميدانيين\ات والمستعلمين/المستعلمات. تنفيذ وعقد المجموعات المركزة والمقابلات المتعمقة والإشراف على نتاج التوثيق. الاشراف على عملية ادخال البيانات. إجراء التحليل الإحصائي على بيانات الدراسة بالإضافة إلى تحليل الموضوعات بالنسبة للبحث النوعي. انجاز التقرير الخاص بالدراسة باللغتين العربية والانكليزية وتقديمه مع كافة مراجعه وإستماراته ومقابلاته الى الجمعية ضمن المهلة الزمنية المحددة.   على المتقدم/ة أن تتوفر لديه/ها المؤهلات التالية:   شهادة جامعية عليا )دكتوراة ( في العلوم الإجتماعية أو حقول متعلقة. خبرة في مجال تحليل النوع الاجتماعي. خبرة ثلاث سنوات كحد أدنى في مجال تنفيذ البحوث الكمية والنوعية ويشمل ذلك الخبرة في قيادة فريق بحث ميداني. معرفة بمخيمات وتجمعات اللاجئين الفلسطينيين في لبنان. اتقان للغتين العربية والانكليزية قراءة وكتابة. صفات شخصية عالية، تتسم بالجدية وبالقدرة على الالتزام بالمهل المحددة.   آخر مهلة لاستلام الطلبات:27 أيار 2013     على المرشحين/ات المهتمين/ات إرسال سيرتهم/ن الذاتية، إضافة الى رسالة تعريف شخصية، وثلاثة أسماء لأشخاص معرّفين، على العنوان التالي:                                                                             association@najdeh.org.lb ويرجى وضع عبارة "دراسة العنف ضد المرأة – المسح اللاحق" في خانة الموضوع.                                                                                   ملاحظة: سوف يتم الاتصال فقط بالذين/اللواتي يتم اختيارهم/ن للمقابلة.   Association NAJDEH, Violence against Women Program, CAFOD project Association NAJDEH is announcing vacancy for Research Consultant to conduct a follow-up Survey on Violence against Women in three Palestinian Camps. Association NAJDEH has since 1999 initiated a set of activities pertaining to violence against women that culminated in a three pronged strategy involving monitoring, intervening, and advocating. In this context Survey was conducted in 2012 through quantitative and qualitative components included a sample of Association NAJDEH programs' beneficiaries during the first half of 2011 in EIN el HELWEH camp, as well as NAHER el BARED and BADDAWI camps within the project aims to Increased gender equality and women’s empowerment in the Palestinian refugee community of Lebanon in collaboration with CAFOD, and funded by the European Union.  The survey provided an informational baseline to be used for programmatic operation and assessment of a three years project that started in 2011. NAJDEH will be implementing a follow-up survey to compare with results of baseline survey as well as measure the impact of NAJDEH’s interventions that include awareness raising and counseling. Study objectives The study aims at presenting follow-up information in relation to the NAJDEH CAFOD project on the following topics: To profile domestic violence in terms of types, intensity, recurrence, initiating circumstances, and consequences; To arrive at an estimate of prevalence of domestic violence for beneficiaries of association NAJDEH 2011 in EIN el HILWEH, BADDAWI and NAHER el BARED camps; To examine factors related to domestic violence – risk as well as protective factors; To examine the impact of the interventions of Association NAJDEH within the domain of the CAFOD project Key tasks and responsibilities Present a detailed action plan. Fine tune baseline survey instruments – quantitative and qualitative to include measurement of impact of intervention. Fine tune data structure to in accordance with the quantitative survey instrument. Train interviewers on the survey instruments, interviewing and documentation for qualitative field work. General supervision on editing the questionnaire across all levels and final editing of questionnaires. General supervision on the work of field coordinators and interviewers. Implement focus group sessions, and in-depth interviews and oversee the output of documentation. Supervise data entry. Conduct statistical and qualitative analyses. Draft the survey report in Arabic and English and present it along with the references and questionnaires and other documentations to AN within the specified time period. Consultant Qualifications Graduate level education Doctoral level in social sciences or related fields. Expertise in gender analysis. Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing quantitative and qualitative research including experience in coordinating a field research team. Familiarity with Palestinian camps and gatherings in Lebanon. Proficiency in Arabic and English (writing and verbal communication).
