GENERAL OBJECTIVE Prepare Meals on the request for "Handicap International expatriate staff" inside the office with respect to the basic rules of Hygiene. Maintain the workspace along with purchasing the appropriate equipment and groceries necessary for this work.   RESPONSABILITIES Cooking Sanitizing the work area   HIERARCHICAL RELATIONSHIPS Line manager: Administration Assistant Line manager+1: Admin officer   TASKS DESCRIPTION Prepare the "Menu Items" on a daily Basis taking into the consideration the Quantity and the Budget. Check whether the food is healthy and the menus varied. Inform the Line Manager of the damaged or required equipment needed for the cooking. Maintain the dining area Clean and Neat before and after each meal. Respect the Essential Hygiene Regulations and, maintain exemplary hygiene conditions in the kitchen and storage area. Sustain the sanitation and hygiene of the cooking materials and refrigerator, as well as, disinfecting the refrigerator on a weekly basis basis.  Wash plates, dishes, and cutlery. Retain a log of all expenditure on a regular basis. Manage food and commodity stocks for expatriate accommodation Monitor the availability of water and Refill the water tank on a daily basis. Ironing the expatriate clothes. clean the cooker daily for apartment 1     Time schedule    from Monday to Friday   Note that working time can go up to 48 hours per week (according to the Lebanese Labour Law) if it is required by the volume of activities and by the line manager.
