Data & Distribution Monitor

   Summary The Data / Distribution Monitor is responsible for assisting the Construction / Logistics Manager and the Distribution Monitors. General Responsibilities The primary responsibility of the Data / Distribution Monitor will be to compile, file and follow up on equipment in terms of receiving, dispatching and inventory analysis. In addition the Data / Distribution Monitor will: Keep the Construction Manager informed on all logistical aspects of equipment distribution. Work with distribution team to follow up and update the data sheet. Prepare and report to Construction / Logistics Manager             on weekly basis the process of distribution. Document and report all files related to equipment distribution, by suppliers, location and remaining inventory. Notify the Construction Manager of any obstacles that may develop or that are foreseen. Fill daily visit log sheets and reports. Perform other duties as required.  Qualifications Knowledge and Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (focus on Excel) Competencies: Good communication skills; friendly and easy going to accommodate with people. Ability to walk stands, reach and possibly climb ladders and go up on stairs. Education/Experience: Technical Baccalaureate or High School diploma with three to five years of work experience. Relevant experience in similar projects is an asset. Certifications: None required Compensation Contractual payment based on the project. Transportation reimbursable per project formula
