Primarz Educator

The Tahaddi Education Center (TEC) provides educational opportunities for at-risk, out of school children in Beirut (behind the Sportive City). We are currently seeking an educator for a period of time of 6 weeks  (Maternity leave), beginning around mid- April,  for a primary school level (grade 1 and 2 , Arabic and Math). Preference will be given to candidates who have an academic background in education. In addition to teaching at the primary school level, educators will also be involved in other activities such as tutoring children of the neighborhood, organizing social activities and facilitating educational activities with young adults. Tahaddi is a faith-based organization. The candidate must be in alignment with Tahaddi core values of: justice for all, professionalism, transparency and integrity and be committed to serve deprived children with compassion and respect. Full-time position are on the basis of 40 hours of work per week (Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm)
