Program Coordinator

Responsibilities and Duties:   Assist Program Manager in providing leadership and oversight of the project. Represent Project as appropriate in workshops, meetings and public forums to share project accomplishments. Supervise daily activities of the program staff. Provide staff supervision to guide the work and provide ongoing support and job coaching to the partner agencies. To provide specific focus on all aspects of the program needs and related activities, including monitoring and evaluation of the project.  Organize and to ensure ongoing exchange of information between all the partners and program senior staff, and to prepare monthly reports.  Assist in the development of any program related surveys and other appropriate field-based studies. To collect and to use program related information as a tool for planning and managing it effectively. To prepare weekly and monthly Plan of Action, and to ensure effective implementation of the general project Work Plan. Ensure that the program activities are carried out in the area according to IRD requirements and in coordination with IRD Senior Management Staff Call for staff meeting for the team to share lessons learned, experiences, observations, obstacles and to review and update the projects plans of actions if needed. Ensure compliance with IRD policies Oversee and ensure timely projects implementation according to donor’s requirements and regulations and the established Detailed Implementation plan. Lead and evaluate the projects expenditures and accomplishments of objectives Work closely with Finance Department on financial reports, cash flows, etc. Responsible for ensuring appropriate safeguards are put into place to ensure the program is implemented in a manner free of corruption or questionable practices. To collect program data and obtain regular statistical analysis Other duties as assigned
