Community Services Supervisor

Objectives Under the supervision of the WASH Project Manager, the supervisor is responsible for the qualitative, quantitative and timely implementation of the community services project’s activities. He/she coordinates and monitors the work of the Field Officers dedicated to the activities and he/she is responsible for a qualitative and regular reporting on various components of the project.   Tasks and Responsibilities Map and meet municipalities, Community-based organizations (CBOs), and community leaders Liaise with, and organise referrals of needs’ cases to other organizations under the supervision of the Wash PM; Supervise the implementation of quick impact projects, Supervise the distribution of aid items delivered to beneficiaries Ensure field level monitoring of the quality of all works implemented within the scope of the project. Ensure that relevant program criteria and operating instructions are fully met through: Support in planning, coordinating, and supervising the services and activities of the program; Make sure that the action plan is followed and all tasks are conducted within the time frame Conduct surveys (needs assessments, post distribution monitoring…) using specific formats Provide timely and quality project progress reports as per donors’ requirements. And contribute to work related reports Accomplish any other tasks assigned by project manager. Ensure field level monitoring of the quality of all activities implemented within the scope of the project. Report immediately any difficulty or delay faced in the implementation of activities.
