Oversees the coordination of all activities and events of Ayadina Association
Contributes in the yearly fundraising strategy planning
Undertakes preparation and market research for proposals and grant writing
Undertakes research for grants and applies for grants
Provides appropriate training for staff
Supervises the work of all staff, undertakes performance evaluation of staff and submits the evaluation on a quarterly basis to the president
Communicates the branded message externally and internally
Works with the Board of Directors and reports on ongoing activities and concerns
Attends Board of Directors meetings upon invitation
Maintains the center’s petty cash, keeping record of all payments made and sending statement to treasurer for approval of funds as necessary.
Presents annual budget proposal to the BOD
Assists with pre-purchase research and cost comparisons for vendors to maintain cost effectiveness and quality
Coordinates all the calendars of the Association
Performs all tasks related to Ayadina operations as directed by the president
Makes recommendations for program staffing to the President
