1. Assist and ensure local compliance with UNHCR’s Human resources policies including medical issues, performance evaluation, as well as attendance of staff, overtime, etc…2. Coordinate and assist with the recruitment, assignment and separation of staff in accordance with UN/UNHCR rules and regulations as well as those on affiliate workforce3. Implement UNHCR's minimum standards for staff working and living conditions and follow up on the various logistics in the office4. Maintains financial records and monitoring systems to record and reconcile expenditures, balances, payments, statements and other data for day-to-day transactions and reports;5. Assists in preparing financial vouchers and monthly accounts;6. Carry on requisitions and purchase orders of office supplies and equipment7. Selects and enters data from a wide variety of documents, verifying accuracy by checking sources, making necessary calculations and assuring inclusion of all relevant data;8. Assists in preparing admin. Budget submission for entire year; maintains liaison with officials of local bank to obtain day-to-day information in exchange and interest rates, changes in procedures and regulations and matters pertaining to maintenance of office bank accounts.9. Assist staff with administrative and security related issues10. Ensure the process to adapt the workplace and organize the movement of staff accordingly with all the logistics that comes along11. Any other responsibilities deemed necessary by the supervisor and/or senior management in order to meet the level of services in the organization
