Social Officer

Key Responsibilities: -  Interview Refugees for assessment and assistance. -  Identify vulnerable families or individuals whether to benefit from humanitarian assistance based on criteria of selection. -  Counsel Refugees and prepare action plans. -  Conduct home visits to assess the needs of the families. -  Conduct working groups with women, men, youth and children. -  Conduct related meetings/training. -  Data Entry. -  Answer emergency calls of refugees. -  Prepare regular reports. -  Organize and Prepare for Events.   Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: -                    0 to 1 year experience work. -                    Good computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel…) and internet.          -                     Native Arabic speaker and Fluent in English. -                    Excellent interpersonal and reporting skills. -                    Good communication and organizational skills. -                    Self-motivated and good team spirit. -                    Humanitarian work experience is highly recommended.
