Base Administrator

- Supervision/Management of the Accountancy. - Provide appropriate management of the financial activities of the mission, financial analysis of mission management and the good compliance with the donor rules. - Prepares budgets. - Prepare financial reports. Design of financial reports according to donors formats and regulations.  - Budget management (design, follow up and closure) - Treasury management. - Manage audit. - Manage HR administrative issues taking care to comply with the national law. - Limit the risks of corruption and mitigate the financial risks related to Logistics, human resources and finance management through control and the application of ACF procedures. - Train local staff. - Represent ACF with stakeholders when needed.
