Evaluation needs for specific construction: -          Evaluate material needs for specific work -          Evaluate the feasibility of construction work according to the context and technical constraint. -          Evaluate the man power needed for a specific work. -          Identify problems   Supervision of construction team and mobilising of community: -          Mobilise the community to build specific construction. -          Give technical advice during the construction. -          Ensure the work is properly done and the material use wisely.   Other water and sanitation activities: -          Conduct house hold assessment. -          Distribution of water and sanitation items -          Give technical support to other field officers -          Reporting
