Technical Trainer

“One Voice Can Change” project, funded through a grant from Middle East partnership Initiative (MEPI), aims to invest in the youths creativity and encourage them to use the power of media and new technologies to influence their peers and make valuable votes which count.  The project is emphasizing the role of youths in advocating for positive change and lobbying for a just cause. They will contribute by increasing the public awareness and empowering youth voters to become aware of their choice and believe in the power of people in making a change and use the democratic process to participate in the coming elections.   General Purpose: Trainers to take part in a 6 days raising awareness workshop for 30 participants on “Elections' integrity and the power of each vote to make a change” and develop youth’s skills in movie production and as facilitators. Technical Trainer: The Technical trainer will provide technical tips, tools and training materials that will enable youth participants to produce short films. They will learn techniques for an optimum manipulation and use of flip cameras to shoot movies, they will learn also how to transfer their ideas and emotion in a 2 minutes recorded message. Available for one day to follow up and provide feedback on the participants progress in the production of the short films.   Trainers Profile: . Extensive working experience in conducting trainings preferably with youth. . He/She has skills in developing training contents, analytical and informative material. . Creativity in approaching youth and a dynamic personality to involve the youth in a quality learning experience. . Good social and communication skills . Experience with film production
