Driver - Adm041 - G2- Beirut (Unops - Affiliated Workforce)

1. Drives office vehicles for the transport of authorized personnel and delivery and collection ofmail, documents and other items2. Assist all units with distributing their courier and notifying them with the requested informationrelated to governmental and non-governmental organizations, embassies and third partiesthroughout the year.3. Helping staff members and official visitors with airport pick-up/drop and other governmentalformalities such as customs clearance, visas, residency permits, etc..4. Responsible fot he day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicle, checks oil, water, battery,brakes, tires, etc5. Performs minor repairs and arranges for other and ensures that the vehicle is kept clean and in agood shape6. Logs official trips, daily mileage, gas consumption, oil change greasing, etc…7. Ensures that the steps required by rules and regulations are taken in case of invilvmenet inaccident8. Ensuring that all the team is always up-to-date in terms of addresses, locations and papersrequested for visas and any governmental formality.9. Perfoms other dutites as required
